There are just a few steps to ordering products on our website. For each product, please follow the steps below.
  1. Select Your Product


    • Click on the "Add to Cart" button for this product.
    • Your shopping cart will appear.
    • Change the number in the quantity box to your desired number of items.
    • Click "Update Cart".

  2. Add Rope Handles, if Desired


    • Click on the "Add to Cart" button for Single or Pairs of Rope Handles.
    • Your shopping cart will appear. If you don't see your cart:  You may have to click on the bar at the bottom of your computer screen that begins with the words "PayPal" to see your cart.
    • Change the number in the quantity box to your desired number of items.
    • Click "Update Cart".

  3. Select Your Screen-Printing, if Desired


    • Click on the "Add to Cart" button for One-time Set-up Fee only if you've never had us develop your logo/design for printing before or if your logo/design has changed since your last order. Note:   Click this button only ONCE and do not change it's quantity in the shopping cart. It's quantity should always be “1”.
    • Click on the "Add to Cart" button for 1st Color, 2nd Color, etc.
    • Your shopping cart will appear. If you don't see your cart:  You may have to click on the bar at the bottom of your computer screen that begins with the words "PayPal" to see your cart.
    • Change the number in the quantity box FOR EACH Color to match the number of products this color will be printed on.
    • Click "Update Cart".

Here are the answers to some questions we get asked frequently.

I've ordered from you before. Do I need to order the Screen-printing One-time Set-up?

Unless your order was processed more than five years ago and your logo hasn't changed, you DO NOT need to order the One-Time Set-Up. If you have any doubts about whether you should order the Set-up, please DON'T order it now and CONTACT US regarding this situation.

I've ordered from you before. Do I need to order the Screen-printing Colors?

Yes. Even if the colors to be printed are the same as your last order, you MUST order Colors again, making sure that the quantity in the shopping cart for each color matches the number of products you've ordered.

What is PayPal and do I have to be a PayPal member to order?

PayPal is an Ebay company and is a secure and reliable credit card handler and money transfer company. You DO NOT have to be a PayPal member to make orders with your credit card. If you are a member, though, PayPal is a great way to make electronic funds transfers right from your personal or business checking account. They offer a lot of accounting tools, too.

 
The nature of the types and cuts of wood we use gives them a rustic appearance that includes knots and other natural artifacts and keeps the prices of our products affordable. We therefore cannot refund based upon these natural appearances. If, however, you are ever dissatisfied with the dimensions, craftmanship or screen-printing of your products, we will make every attempt to correct any errors on our part and satisfy your business needs.
